On inspection of the photograph, The Surrey Vintage Vehicle Society has kindly provided the following information for this car:
Napier adopted a one-model policy post WW1 but this must have been a pre-WW1 vehicle registered later. This would seem to be a cca 1914 Napier 30'35 Open Drive Landaulette. These were very expensive cars on par with Rolls Royce. Last Napier car was sold 1924.
